To research and choose a particular career, you have to go through a series of tasks which will point you in the right direction. First of all, you have to assess yourself and know your strengths and weakness and the types of career you will likely do well in. Make a list of these careers and explore the careers by searching for information on the internet and by interviewing people who are in the same occupations. Based on the information gathered, make your career choice, identify your goals and write a career action plan that you will religiously adhere to.
